1. Versandländer & Lieferzeiten
Wir versenden unsere Produkte aktuell nach:
Deutschland: 2–5 Werktage
Schweiz & EU-Länder: 4–10 Werktage
International (auf Anfrage): 7–21 Werktage
Hinweis: Die Lieferzeiten können je nach Zielland, Versanddienstleister und Zollabwicklung variieren.
2. Versandkosten
Die Versandkosten werden an der Kasse berechnet und hängen von Gewicht, Größe und Zielland ab.
Deutschland:
Standardversand (DHL/DPD/Hermes): 4,99 €
Schweiz & EU:
Standardversand: ab 9,99 €
Schweiz: Zoll- & Einführgebühren trägt der Empfänger
International:
Versandkosten variieren je nach Land (werden im Checkout angezeigt)
Hinweis für die Schweiz: Alle anfallenden Zollgebühren & Steuern werden direkt von der Schweizer Zollbehörde erhoben und sind vom Käufer zu tragen.
3. Bearbeitungs- & Versandzeit
Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 1–4 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang bearbeitet.
Sobald dein Paket versendet wurde, erhältst du eine Bestätigung per E-Mail.
Hinweis: An Sonn- und Feiertagen erfolgt kein Versand.
4. Versanddienstleister
Wir versenden mit DHL, DPD & UPS. Die Wahl des Versanddienstleisters erfolgt je nach Produkt und Lieferland automatisch.
5. Retouren & Rücksendungen
Rückgabefrist: 14 Tage ab Erhalt der Ware
Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Käufer, es sei denn, das Produkt ist beschädigt oder fehlerhaft.

6. Nicht zustellbare Sendungen
Falls ein Paket aufgrund einer falschen Adresse oder Nichtabholung zurückkommt, können erneute Versandkosten anfallen.

1. Shipping countries & delivery times
We currently ship our products to:
Germany: 2-5 working days
Switzerland & EU countries: 4-10 working days
International (upon request): 7-21 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping service provider and customs clearance.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, size and destination country.
Germany:
Standard shipping (DHL/DPD/Hermes): €4.99
Switzerland & EU:
Standard shipping: starting from €9.99
Switzerland custom duties: The recipient is responsible for the importation fees by the Schweizer Zollbehörde
International:
Shipping costs vary by country (displayed in checkout)
Note for Switzerland: All applicable customs duties & taxes are collected directly by the Swiss customs authorities and are to be paid by the buyer.
3. Editing & Shipping time
Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days after payment is received.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note: There is no shipping on Sundays and public holidays.
4. Shipping service providers
We ship with DHL, DPD & UPS. The shipping service provider is selected automatically depending on the product and delivery country.
5. Returns
Return period: 14 days from receipt of the goods
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

6. Undeliverable shipments
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, re-shipping charges may apply to the buyer.
